I was in 11th standard back then; I used to hate English subject because it was close to impossible for me to write a fully correct sentence in that very language. I used to find ways to get an escape from it, but then something happened! 'The Portrait of a Lady' was that piece of work that changed my perception! I started liking that subject and eventually in no time it became my favourite one.
And now it's today, the man who lit that spark in me for literature is no more! It's feeling like I have been abandoned, left alone with no purpose what-so-ever! My master is gone and what left is umpteenth sorrow. Unending reminiscences... Yes, it was 11th standard indeed...!
